Soaps Fashion : Who Looked Better? Kelly Monaco Or Elizabeth Hurley

Kelly Monaco and Elizabeth Hurley both looked gorgeous in their own low-cut embellished cocktail frock. I based my decision on the boobs perkiness. LOL. Kelly Monaco hands down.
