Congratulations to Anthony Geary (Luke Spencer, General Hospital) won the 2008 Daytime Emmy’s Lead Actor Award

There’s no doubt about that, Anthony Geary is a talented actor. I’m so happy someone from ABC took the award home.

Again, Congrats Anthony Geary!!

That category was stacked, any one of those guys could have won and it would have been hard to argue.

yeah, but i’m so glad Geary won..LOL. his 8th I think.

Um, What did he win for? Most likey to be absent from the show? This man’s talent has been overrated for years.

Anthony Geary is talented. He is very respected and admired by his fellow actors. Yes he gets vacations but he’s earned it. He deserves to take a rest sometimes.

My beef with the nomination wasn’t against Geary. It was more on the lack of distribution from the Committee on most categories.

YAY Anthony Geary! This man is talent personified. He is so entertaining & fun to watch. I’m glad that he returns to GH year after year. Although I miss the Luke & Laura storyline (when Laura is feisty & not over the top matronly), the Luke & Tracy pairing will do just fine until her return. YAY to the writers for this hook up. They are both great actors & have excellent chemistry. My guess is that Tony has a lot to say about his character b/c rarely does he stray from who Luke was over 20 years ago & that’s what we love. Give me more!
