One Life To Live : June 13 | They Pulled The Amnesia Card Out Of The Storage

I must say, as surprise as I am that OLTL pulled out the amnesia card for Marty’s comeback storyline, I am very impressed. It’s been a while since ABC Soaps did it huh? So I guess it’s about time.

When Marty snapped at Todd for not touching her, I thought it’s coz of the fact that Todd raped her eons and eons ago. But I digress. It’s because Marty can’t remember who she is. All she knows is Ramsey and the Nurse that’s caring for her.

Talk about an opportunity for Todd eh? Todd and his bodyguard took Marty out of there before John got to the penthouse. So this means Marty doesn’t remember Patrick Thornhart nor their son Cole. But she seems to find solace in a picture of her and John. Interesting huh?

Oh, btw, Todd is going to be “taking care” of an amnesiac Marty now so I guess I may be right, he’s going to use her as a leverage against Cole and of course John. And the plot thickens…..

PS: I loved Christina Chamber’s version of Marty but I sure am glad that Susan Haskell is back.
