All My Children : Charles Pratt Jr. Is Hired As Head Writer

All My Children just did some major shake up right around their backyard. Barbara Esensten and James Harmon Brown has been let go to make room for Charles Pratt Jr. as the new head writer. Charles Pratt Jr used to work as co-head writer at General Hospital which gave him 3 Emmy wins. Before working for the ABC Soap, he wrote for the now defunct NBC Soaps, Santa Barbara and Sunset Beach.

Pratt’s work is not limited to Daytime. He has also worked for Primetime, recently as a consulting producer for Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives. Charles Pratt Jr. will start working for AMC on June 23rd. 

This is going to be interesting huh? Let’s hope the changes in the storyline if there are any, are not sudden or pushed in the back burner like they never happened. Know what I mean? I guess we shall see.
