Soaps Alumni : GH Alicia Leigh Willis On THE L WORD

Remember Alicia Leigh Willis? Well you should, her character Courtney broke up Emily and Nikolas, heh. I never really liked the character to be honest with you. Even before she got involved with Nikolas. Therefore I’m glad she’s out of the show..LOL.
But good for the actress for landing a recurring role at Showtime’s big hit THE L WORD. If you’re interested, Alicia will first air on January 27th, Sunday 9pm EST, as Cindi. A lesbian who will open a club with her partner Dawn which will cause a lot of trouble since it’s competing with another hot spot in town. Expect Alicia’s character to strip down all the way to her birthday suit. And an oil wrestling as well. She will be in 7 episodes and is hoping they show will ask her back.
I hope they do too. I want her to stay there. Courtney is probably one of the few characters on Daytime I don’t EVER wish to be brought back from the dead. No offense to Alicia Leigh Willis of course but Courtney sucks… LOL

I am so proud of Alicia! I’ve been a fan of hers, for about 3 years. I have truly missed her and her character. But, you know what? To be honest, as a fan… I’m glad she is not on GH anymore. General Hospital is one of the most awful shows in soaps. The only good thing about GH is Robin/KMc and Patrick/JT… and guess what? The don’t get airtime. I remember running home, to record Sonny/Brenda/Jax & Robin/Jason/Carly…Ned/Alexis… and so and so … Now? I could careless, about any of the characters or couples. I wish GH the best… I really do. But, for the life me, I just cannot get into the show anymore. :*(
