Meanwhile, Ryan continues displaying manic behavior: He tells people he’s going to give away most of his money to charity and even helps Richie find a donor. In another unusual move, Ryan kisses Kendall when he sees her! Later, when Ryan and Annie share a romantic evening together, he tells Annie, “This was the best night of my life, Kendall.”

Elsewhere, Aidan brings Quentin, the homeless vet who helped rescue Greenlee, to the hospital and a specialist is called in. What medical mystery leads Angie back to Pine Valley?
