General Hospital : WTG Sonny & Carly | Michael Is Just Like You

Look at Carly’s face. I kinda feel sorry for her. That face shows realization of how she screwed up as a Mother. That she and Sonny has done such a terrible job raising Michael. That all the spoiling, and living under the Mob life pretty much laid down the foundation of what Michael’s life is going to be. I feel even more sorrier for Carly coz she’ll have to carry this burden all to herself. It doesn’t really matter that Sonny had a great speech regarding Michael’s future. He’s going to have a different life according to him. BS. You know why? Coz Sonny should be there talking to Michael. Letting him know that by skipping school, walking into the coffee shop, disrespecting Max, and ignoring his Mother’s presence and talking about revenge is unacceptable. And when I said Sonny should be there, I meant not as a husband to Carly. I meant as being present in the sit-down talk that Carly is having with him.
It is sad isn’t it? Sonny is so dismissive about the whole thing. He thinks having that one speech is enough. He needs to get his ass out of that office and stop worrying about Kate and worry about his kids. Not just about their security but more importantly their morals, their attitude, the way Michael talks and treats people. He’s a freaking spoiled brat. But we all saw this coming. I’m actually glad TPTB is delving into this side of the story.
Carly may not be the mother of the year. She could drive you crazy with all her self-righteousness against Sam and Liz. But I think she’s trying to do her best in making sure her boys don’t grow up to be killers like Sonny and Jason. She’s also trying to make sure Lulu doesn’t do the same things she’s done. Too bad Lulu thinks experience means absolutely nothing to her. She thinks Carly is the last person to educate her about the Mob life. Stupid girl. Carly is exactly THE person who could show her how things are in the mob life.
Again, Sonny needs to stop worrying about Kate. Stop thinking with what’s down there and start thinking with his brain. Yes I know Kate is the love he’s lost and have found. But right now that doesn’t matter. His son just talked about revenge and killing people and taking over the business someday. Now is not the time to keep thinking about another woman. Being a Father doesn’t mean providing security guard alone. Get your butt up to Jax house and starts being firm with your spawn. Wait another year and it will be too late. Being grounded for 1 month and no computer privileges won’t cut it. At this point, Michael needs some serious therapy, attention and structure from both parents.

I am so glad Michael’s finally showing this side. It makes me wonder if he had stayed over with the Q’s would he turn out just as bad? AJ was just as spoiled! Carly knew this day would come, it comes with the territory. This is exactly why Robin, Elizabeth, as well Alexis are adamant in living their own lives.
And then you have Maxie and Georgie. While Georgie was a great girl, Maxie doesn’t fall far from the tree. I’m guessing all Mac, Felicia, and even Frisco understand (as does Robin) the consequence of their careers. Let’s remember Mac wasn’t exactly fatherhood material when he walked into the city!
With that said, I loved Felicia and Robin the other day - so endearing! KW still has those same mannerisms and tone she had back in the day!

hi Ruby, Michael is in a coma. He got shot in the head with a bullet meant for Sonny. Dylan Cash has been let go. They’re going to age Michael when he comes back supposedly at the end of this year or maybe early 2009. Hope that helps.
