General Hospital [11.15.07] : Emily’s Death Aftermath, Part 1

Just like how this Bacchanalia started, Nikolas wakes up and finds Emily lying on the floor. He started howling coz the love of his life is dead and it might have been because of him. But of course we know it’s not Nikolas. Someone else tied a rope on Emily’s neck and choked her to death. Nikolas was despondent after finding Emily’s lifeless body. He pretty much went crazy. He keeps telling Carly and Jason that she’s just resting and that she’ll wake up any minute.
Jason kept asking a shocked Nikolas who did it but a numb Nikolas somehow knew that he couldn’t tell anybody, let alone Jason that he’s afraid it could’ve been him. He wouldn’t answer Jason when he asked who untied him from the chair. He’s acting all crazy but was smart enough to keep his mouth shut. Carly thinks Anthony knocked Nikolas out since he has a big bruise on his face, while he choked the living life out of Emily.
It was a sad sad day. Carly was understandably calm and sympathetic towards Nikolas and Jason. Nikolas just lost the love of his life. Jason just lost his sister. Jason’s face was inconsolable. But in the end, Tyler Christoper should get the Emmy. I think he’s doing a marvelous job. He told Carly that Emily wanted to postpone the ball since he hasn’t been felling well lately. But he insisted to do it coz he wanted to maker her happy.
Carly suggested Patrick and Robin to help Nikolas out but Jason decided to get Elizabeth instead. Upon hearing the devastating news, Elizabeth said, she’ll go and take care of Nikolas. It’s what Emily would want her to do. Then she and Jason looked at each other kinda weird. Does that mean Liz and Nik will somehow bond over the loss of Emily and have a future together? Interesting huh?
With the help of Jason, Elizabeth gave Nikolas a tranquilizer from the stables. So does that mean it’s meant for a horse? Anyway, they wanted Nik away from Emily so they could at least put her somewhere other than the floor.
Ahhh, it was heartbreaking….
I can not beleive the way Emily was killed off. I have watched GH for 15 years, and have survived some disappointing stories, but stayed loyal. This was poor wrting, dumb planning and just flat out so untrue to the Q history! HATE IT, I QUIT GH! And i cant understand how some many poeple dont like Natalia as an atress, i must be watching something differnt. SAD DAY FOR ME!
I have enjoyed the jason/sam, jason/elizabeth, and emily/nik story very much. I also love carly and jax and sonny, but I can’t believe GH can kill off emily like that. It’s almost not worth watching anymore. Why emily??
I agree totally - GH has done some heavy fallen down in my opinion. Maybe they just want new blood, no pun intended. This soap plays off like the Sopranos, everyone is killing or being killed. very sad indeed.
Are you kidding me? Why in the world would they kill of Emily of all people. What will Nikolas do without her?? Now, they have brought her back as a ghost? Her and Alan can haunt GH together. It really made me mad.
